By accessing wearkinlv.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full. If the customer does not accept these terms, the customer must not use wearkinlv.com or purchase products from Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited.

Pricing and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers. Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
The customer may request a refund for any clothing item within exactly 14 days from the date of receipt. The customer does not need to provide a reason for the refund. To qualify, the customer must submit a refund request to [email protected] within the 14 days period. The customer must return the item in its original condition with all original tags attached. The customer must include the order number and proof of purchase. Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited does not accept refund requests submitted after 14 days from receipt.
Refund Processing and Timing
After Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited approves a refund, the refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This 14 days period begins when Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited receives and inspects the returned item. The customer must allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear in the customer's account. Bank processing times, card network rules, and financial institution procedures can extend this period. Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited does not control the customer's bank or card issuer.
PayPal Refunds
For refunds issued through PayPal, the refund takes at least 14 days to reach the customer's PayPal account. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow at least 14 days for PayPal refund processing. In regions where local law requires a longer period, the customer must allow up to 30 days. Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited initiates the PayPal refund after approving the return. PayPal and the customer's funding source determine the final arrival time.
Damaged or Defective Goods
The customer must inspect all clothing items immediately upon receipt. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must email [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must include the order number, photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited does not accept damaged or defective claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt. Approved damaged or defective claims receive a replacement or a refund. The customer must follow return instructions provided by Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and designs on wearkinlv.com are owned by Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited or its licensors. The customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited.
Limitation of Liability
Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of wearkinlv.com or the purchase of clothing products. The total liability of Hong Kong Shengyi International Co., Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these terms or from purchases on wearkinlv.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The customer agrees that Hong Kong law applies without regard to conflict of law principles.
